How it works:
​
In order to secure a portion of a steer/pig (whole, 1/2, 1/4), we require a $150 down payment to "hold your steer."
​
As the butcher date gets closer, we will contact you to request an email to send you the cut sheet. When you have filled out your cut sheet, you will return it to us so we can give it to the processor. We will not know the exact price until we take him into the processor to get the hanging weight but can give you an estimate. We will contact you when your meat is ready. Pick up at the meat locker or upon request, delivery is available(within 50 miles) with no extra charge.
